Thank you for using our service.

We are regrets to announce that we will shutdown the Arukas service effective on January 31, 2020.

Please be sure to read the following information on the shutdown and its consequences for our users:

Shutdown of Services

On January 31, 2020, all Arukas services will shut down permanently. users going to not able to boot the application anymore.

Schedule

September 30, 2019: Close sign-up form for a new account.
January 31, 2020, 4:00 p.m. (JST) : Shutdown of all application

Personal information

With shutdown, all customers personal information was deleted permanently from our system and cannot be restored.

Container Security Issue (CVE-2019-5736)

Arukas is aware of security issues that affect several recent open source container management systems (CVE-2019-5736).
■ Information As of today, fix patches to avoid the effects of vulnerabilities are applied to every host.

Arukas is charges based on usage.
Application that are in a Running state are charged.
Stopped state applicaiton or running state of Free plan application are not charged.

We will relaunch service offering on February 20, 2018 concerning beta service of Docker container hosting “Arukas“.

From February 20, 2018. Until March 19, 2018

[Notice] Customers who have registered for former beta service

We deleted all customer data and personal information that we had registered with the former “Arukas” beta service which we had offered until 31 July 2017.
Although it is sorry, please re-register “Arukas” beta service which resumes offering from today.

As for the beta service version of Docker container hosting service “Arukas” which began offering service from April 2016, we will shutdown the service on July 31, 2017.

June 23, 2017: End of acceptance of new application
* For customers who have already applied for reservation and are currently waiting for reservation, we will send guidance start information as soon as we have enough resources to accommodate the application, until the service provision end date .

July 31, 2017: Stop all applications
※ For this schedule, there is a possibility of going back and forth depending on the situation.

About personal information

We will delete the all customer personal information.
When releasing the Arukas official version, registration of personal information is necessary again as necessary.

About application and data

All your applications and data will be deleted.
At the time of the release of Arukas official version, applications will not be taken over at all.
